Beatrice has more than 20 years of diversified experience in human resources in a broad range of industries, such as high technology start-ups, telecommunication, manufacturing, transportation and distribution.

Prior to joining Kirusa, Beatrice worked as a senior consultant providing direction and counsel to senior management teams in all functional human resources area with a major focus on recruitment. Previously, Beatrice worked at Savera Systems Incorporated as Associate Vice President Human Resources & Recruitment, where she collaborated with the management team to design and implement several short/long term organizational development, performance management, employee relations and communications programs and processes in a high-technology start-up environment.

Before Savera, she worked as Director and Senior Consultant at Baker Scott & Co., an international Executive Search/Consulting Firm specializing in telecommunication and emerging technologies. Prior employment has been with Bergen Brunswig Drug Co., Ames Department Stores, Vernitron Corp, and Purolator Courier Corp.

Beatrice holds a BS in Business Administration, MA in Counseling from Montclair State University and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is active in professional organizations and is a certified Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR). She is subject of a biographical record of Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in the World.
