This site contains a LaTeX style file "sigmod96.sty" and a "sample-sigmod96.tex" file that conforms to above requirements. If you are a LaTeX user, I request that you use the "sigmod96.sty" file, and start by modifying the "sample-sigmod96.tex" file to convert it into your paper. In particular, you must format author names/addresses as shown in the sample file. The sample file also includes a command to put in the starting page number that I will send you by Tuesday, March 5.
Format the paper using the html format shown below.
I will appreciate if you copy the html abstract below (by looking at the html source of the abstract), and replace title/authors/text with your title/authors/text.
Text of abstract. Please note that each author is listed on a separate line, with affiliation next to the author name. The affiliation is repeated for each author, even if the affiliation is the same.
Second para of abstract.
The postscript version must be identical to the camera-ready copy of the paper.
