Kirusa acquires HeyAnita intellectual property
assets

Kirusa, the leading developer of value added mobile services,
announced that it has acquired all of the intellectual property
assets of US-based HeyAnita Inc., including all software, patent
applications, and trademarks.
The purchased software, which includes the Rapid Messaging Sevice
(RMS) application, HeyAnita’s variant of Voice SMS, further
consolidates Kirusa’s leadership in Voice SMS. The purchase
adds to Kirusa’s portfolio of mobile value-added services
with applications such as Weather Information, Travel Application
Suite, Entertainment Application Suite, vGreetings, and Alerts.
As part of the purchase, Kirusa has also acquired several patents
on Voice SMS and related services across the world.
