Kirusa expands Advisory Board
New members bring global business experience to Kirusa
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ, April 03, 2007 - Kirusa,

that Grant Ferguson and Jaime Robertson-Lavalle have joined Kirusa’s
Advisory Board. They join Naveen Bisht, Dr. Ashish Gupta, Manoj
Goel, Viren Malaviya, and Dr. Lawrence Rabiner on the advisory
board. The board now has a blend of some of the best known technical
and financial brains in the telecom Industry.
Grant Ferguson has more than 20 years experience in financial
and business management, including 14 years with various international
companies across Asia. Grant joined Astro All Asia Networks plc
as Chief Financial Officer in October 2006. Previously, Grant
was at Temasek Holding Pte Ltd in Singapore, where he was Managing
Director, Investments, with specific responsibility for the telecommunications
and media sectors. Prior to Temasek, Grant was the CFO of Total
Access Communications Plc in Thailand, where he was responsible
for all aspects of financial management, investor relations, corporate
governance and business risk management. He has also held executive
positions within the First Pacific Group in Hong Kong, including
that of Group Treasurer, and as Director and CFO of Metro Pacific
Corporation in the Philippines.
Jaime Robertson-Lavalle has over 13 years of leadership experience
in private equity investments, corporate development, and operations.
Most recently as Director of Strategic Investments for Intel Capital,
Jaime and his team led investments and acquisitions in networking
and IT infrastructure, software, value-added services, and security.
He joined Intel Capital in 1999 as part of Intel’s acquisition
of Dialogic Corporation, where he was Vice President of Business
Development and headed the company’s mergers, acquisitions
and strategic investments activity. Jaime started Dialogic Corporation’s
Latin American subsidiary, which he grew to the number one position
in the region. Before joining Dialogic, Jaime held positions at
Arthur D. Little, Exxon, and IBM.
