The GSMA Mobile World Congress (formerly 3GSM World Congress) combines the world's largest exhibition for the mobile industry with a stimulating and insightful congress that brings together prominent leaders and personalities from mobile operators and equipment vendors, as well as Internet and entertainment professionals.

Kirusa exhibited in the GSMA Mobile World Congress from 16th February to 19th February 2009. The Voice SMS, international Voice SMS, Java and Brew client solutions were demonstrated. These solutions enhance usage of Voice SMS and various domestic exchange services.

Kirusa also introduced a web-based subscriber self-care interface at the Congress along with user definable speed codes and groups that enhances a mobile operator’s ability to attract web-savvy users. Kirusa’s international Voice SMS service enables mobile carriers to offer a seamless, integrated experience to mobile subscribers, allowing them to send Voice SMS around the globe.

In addition, Kirusa launched a Video SMS application at Mobile World Congress. This provides innovative features such as sending, replying to, forwarding Video SMS and group Video SMS messaging.
